Capture legally binding electronic signatures directly on records. Each signature is verified with TOTP multi-factor authentication and permanently stored in the document's frontmatter alongside a SHA-256 hash, timestamp, and session metadata — meeting ESIGN Act and UETA requirements.

Sign during a PR merge with a single Sign & Merge action, or sign any esign property independently at any time. Signatures render in Dancing Script with the signer's GitHub avatar and a full metadata hover card.
